2. Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO AG. The provider processes technical access data on our behalf in order to operate the site. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

3. Server log files

When you access this website the server automatically records browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request and IP address. These data are not merged with other sources. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in error-free presentation and security. The log files are deleted or anonymised automatically by the hosting provider as soon as they are no longer required to ensure operation and to defend against attacks.

4. Contact and property forms

If you contact us via a form or by email we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a contract, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR together with your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as they are no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention periods apply. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

5. Fonts

This website uses fonts stored locally on the server. No connection to third-party servers is made and no transfer of your IP address to third parties takes place.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services.
